Smart 360 technology enables the car wash system to be responsive to the dynamic conditions in the wash bay, giving it the ability to be intuitive which increases the wash quality and process. You will love the wide-open clear floor which makes entering the wash a breeze.
How to pay & use laserwash
sTEP 1
Pull up at pay station.
sTEP 2
Select wash package you want.
sTEP 3
Cash Payment – Insert notes or coins.
Card Payment – Hold card or phone on pay wave reader. *EFTPOS cards are not accepted.
If you require a receipt press the receipt button.
sTEP 4
The entry green arrow will flash indicating your payment has been accepted.
sTEP 5
Enter the wash bay slowly, stop as soon as the stop light at the front of the bay lights up.
sTEP 6
Place the car in Park and apply handbrake.

From the minute you drive into your wash bay, you will see that Profile is a different kind of soft wash. Profile’s wall mounted system keeps the machine off the floor and creates an open and inviting wash bay while high gloss composite wash carriage and side wash media covers with sleek graphics and LED lighting give Profile a clean and refined look. Our high-density foam cleaners will not scratch your paint as they will not hold or attract dirt. Water is applied to the cleaners as well as lubricant to give you a scratch free wash.
How to pay & use Soft Touch Profile
sTEP 1
Pull up at pay station.
sTEP 2
Select wash package you want by touching the screen.
sTEP 3
Cash Payment – Insert notes or cash.
Card Payment – Hold card or phone on pay wave reader. *EFTPOS cards are not accepted.
If you require a receipt press the receipt button.
sTEP 4
The entry sign will turn green indicating your payment has been accepted.
sTEP 5
Enter the wash bay slowly and stop as soon as the lights on the machine turns red.
sTEP 6
Place the car in Park.

Self Serve Bays
How To PAY FOR Self Serve
sTEP 1
Cash Payment – Insert $1:00 or $2:00 coins.
An initial $5:00 credit will be issued.….start Washing. Once initial time is used it will add $1 at a time until you push the stop button on the Pay Wave reader.
sTEP 2
Card Payment – Hold card or phone on top of pay wave reader (see instructions on machine.)
sTEP 3
Hold your card on the top of reader-hold/move around for 4 green lights. The system will now ask for a $15.50 pre-authorisation.
Note You must have $15.50 in your account to start.
sTEP 4
An initial $5:00 credit will be issued.
….start Washing.
It will continually add credit as you use up the initial time, $1 at a time until you push the stop button.
sTEP 5
PLEASE ENSURE YOU PRESS THE STOP BUTTON ON THE CARD READER WHEN YOU HAVE FINISHED. You will no longer be charged; the wash will continue to run until timer runs out.
sTEP 6
Your credit card will only be charged for the time you have used. Your account will show $15.50 today and will correct itself overnight to the amount you spent.
How To uSE THE sELF sERVE bAYS
sTEP 1
Tyre and Engine Cleaner
Apply to wheels & Tyres and in engine bay.
sTEP 2
Presoak
Apply all over the car from the top down to loosen road grime.
sTEP 3
High Pressure Soap
(Hot Water) – Use to remove any heavy dirt off the vehicle.
sTEP 4
Foam Brush
Clean the entire car – brush is hogs hair and has a specially formulated lubricating foam.
sTEP 5
High Pressure Rinse
Rinse all foam off the car.
sTEP 6
Splatter Carnauba Wax
Apply to entire car.
Vacuums
How to Pay & Use The Vacuums
- Open doors and remove mats
- Cash Payment – Insert coins $1 or $2 coins.
- Card Payment – Hold card or phone on pay wave reader – see instructions on machine.
- Start vacuuming – machine continues to run till time paid for runs out.
- $1 = 2 minutes.
**Vacuums at Clarence Gardens are a ducted silent vacuum system.
Dog Wash
How to Pay & Use The Dog Wash
- Put your dog in the wash ready to start.
- Payment – Cash – Insert notes or coins.
- Payment – Card – Hold card or phone on pay wave reader – see instructions on machine.
- Start with shampoo and lather your dog, you can turn water flow off by pressing gold button on hand gun if you want to massage shampoo in using both hands. *Tip do not rush the shampoo process.
- Rinse out shampoo.
- Conditioner apply completely through the dog’s coat.
- Rinse out conditioner.
- Flea & tick – Apply completely through the dog’s coat – leave in or rinse out.
- Remove the dog and rinse out the tub with disinfect ready for the next wash

Washer Instructions
1. Place items in washing machine and close the door.
2. Tap screen “I am ready to wash”
3. Tap Next in bottom right hand corner.
4. Optional Select heavy duty wash it adds 6 minutes and is free.
5. Bottom Right hand corner tap “Pay”.
Cash
Insert Coins ($12).
Card
1. Hold Card/phone on top of the reader & move around a bit till 4 green lights light up.
2. Tap start on the screen.
NB Washing Machine will automatically inject soap & softener.
Dryer Instructions
Place items in dryer and just the door.
Tap screen “I am ready to dry”.
Select temperature.
Cash
1. Insert Coins $1.00 = 5 minutes
2. Add more coins as required.
Card
1. On PayWave reader press *
2. 1st press = $5 for 25 minutes
3. 2nd press = $6 for 30 minutes
4. 3rd press = $7 for 35 minutes
5. Hold Card on top of pay wave reader till you see the 4 green lights light up.
6. Press start on the screen.
